every trade pays 1%. all of it — not half, not "up to" — rings into one public till address you can watch on-chain. the team's cut is zero, and that's a risk, not a flex (see the tag).
a drawer fills
the till fills to 20 SOL and the drawer closes — small and frequent, so nobody waits months for a receipt. holders vote a shelter from a published, pre-consented shortlist — supply-weighted, which means whales steer donations too.
receipts or it didn't happen
the drawer is cashed out, off-ramped, donated. the receipt gets published: the on-chain tx AND the shelter's own written confirmation. no receipt, no claim. ever.

launching here doesn't make your coin good for cats — it makes its fees good for cats. the coin itself can still be a bad idea, badly run, or worthless by friday. the till keeps its 1% either way, which is exactly the point.
why categories and not logos: we will not put a shelter's name on a crypto site without their written consent. the shortlist gets names only when rescues have agreed, in writing, to be on it.
